The Lectric XPedition 2 Long-Range
Longtails and front-loaders built to replace a second car rather than flatter the idea of one. These run from $1,999 to $7,999, carry between 400 and 440 lb including the rider, and weigh up to 39.9 kg empty. Kid seats and rain covers are extra. The frame to carry them is not. This one runs 750W rear hub (1310W peak), paired with a 1680 Wh battery for up to 274 km of real-world range.

Up to 170 mi (274 km) on the dual pack - the longest range in the whole range. 65 lb / 29.5 kg WITHOUT batteries; each battery adds 9 lb / 4.1 kg. 450 lb total payload, 330 lb rider, 300 lb rear rack, 30 lb front basket. 20x2.5in street.
